Same God. Same Bible. Today's Questions

Funeral

Firmly rooted in Christian faith, we can provide assistance and comfort to you during the difficult period following the death of a loved one.

Has someone just died?
Contact Fr Raymond. He will meet with you to provide grief support and begin the preparation for a funeral service. You may choose between a traditional funeral service, a more contemporary service, or a memorial service. All follow a basic Anglican liturgy but you will be able to personalize it with readings, music and a time of thanksgiving. Catering for funeral teas is available upon request, and can either be arranged directly or through the local funeral director

Pastoral Care
Would you like some help following a death? Fr Raymond is available to meet with you as you grieve.  The death of someone can bring many emotions that we aren't sure how to handle.  If necessary, she will make referrals if necessary to grief counselors or support groups.

Would You Like To Pre-Plan A Funeral?
This can be done years in advance or in the final weeks of life. It allows you to communicate clearly with your family and loved ones around your preferences for music, readings, participation in the service, reception and designated gifts.    Please contact the church office for more information, or speak with Fr Raymond.
